Jul 10, 2021 · Trying to setup Personalized email with my GoDaddy domain but get the following message: 'The domain you entered might not be setup correctly.' Myself and GoDaddy reps have verified CNAME fields. Am I missing something? Is it because my 365 account was established today and on a 30 day trial? Thanks.
Dec 20, 2023 · The website, domain and wordpress are all good. no issues. since its a family business, they also wanted to have the personalized email, but its past the 'November 30 or 22' , which i tried but its not working anymore ('in Outlook premium tab in settings'). saw the ad from godaddy then i purchased one in GoDaddy.
